It's been awhile. I have been painting but not posting ... OOPS! Here are a few from the past few months.

A few more ...

Here are a few more canvases recently painted. After painting for everyone else my daughter finally asked where hers was for her bedroom. I painted a pair of canvases to hang side by side above her bed. I pulled elements and colors from her Pottery Barn bedding.

Thank you to a dear friend, or two or three. This is my new favorite book. I have ordered copies for each of my children. The quote on this canvas is for someone's daughter. What a mother has always said to her ... kleenex please!!

Dragon Bash 2011

What a fun-filled evening and for such a great cause. I love the school I work for. Last year I donated one large canvas to the silent auction fundraiser at Dragon Bash. This year I went big - a set of 5 holiday canvases. I will personalize them when the winner brings them to me.

An update

Okay, so it's been a while since I posted any canvases. I haven't been slammed lately. I am currently working on a set of five holiday canvases to be donated to our school's Dragon Bash Silent Auction in a few weeks. I will post those pics and a few more this weekend. Meanwhile - here's Shirley's requested rubber ducky canvas - she LOVES them! It was large, but turned out cute I think!

Love is in the air, and Easter is not far off ...

Here's my thought ... since I donated a large 20" x 20" "Celebrate" cupcake to the Dragon Bash fund raiser/silent auction last year I thought this year I might do an entire holiday collection of canvases ... thoughts anyone??
